This solar assessment service is operated by Prime Solar NYC. Contact: primesolarnyc@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect the information entered into the assessment, including contact details, property address, energy usage, roof information, utility details, financing preference, equipment and proposal choices. We also collect campaign attribution, referring URL, browser information, IP address, consent records, and technical logs needed to protect and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to analyze solar potential, generate a requested proposal, respond to the request, operate our customer relationship system, prevent abuse, measure advertising when permission is granted, and comply with legal obligations.
Advertising measurement
Optional Meta advertising cookies are loaded only after cookie permission. When a completed and consented lead is recorded, we may send Meta a Lead event containing hashed contact identifiers and browser attribution identifiers. We do not send Meta the property address, electric bill, credit range, financing details, equipment choices, or proposal contents.
Meta advertising cookies are not currently configured.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, mapping and solar analysis, customer relationship management, communications, security, and advertising measurement. We do not publish assessment information.
Retention and deletion
Assessment records are scheduled for deletion after 365 days unless applicable law requires a different period. Requests to access, correct, or delete information may be sent to primesolarnyc@gmail.com.
Jurisdiction
This policy is administered under the laws applicable in the operator's published service jurisdiction. Applicable privacy rights may vary by location.
