Service
These terms govern use of the solar assessment provided by Prime Solar NYC. The service provides preliminary estimates based on user inputs, configured utility assumptions, and available mapping or solar data.
Estimates only
Solar production, system size, savings, incentives, costs, financing, and timelines are estimates and are not guarantees. Final design and pricing require site inspection, engineering, utility review, equipment availability, and a signed agreement.
Financial information
The service does not provide credit approval, lending, tax, legal, or investment advice. Financing terms are subject to provider approval. Tax incentives and rebates depend on eligibility and current law.
Acceptable use
You may submit information only when authorized to do so. You may not interfere with the service, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to abuse the service.
Communications
Calls and text messages are made only under the consent presented and recorded in the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and opt-out instructions apply to text messages.
